Description: The shelters in the game are programmed that they can only be used by certain animals. With this hack all animals ( original OR user made ) will be able to actually use all shelters. E.g. you could use a burrow for the elephants and they will actually go inside . Of course they will complain that they don't like the shelter but that will NOT have any affect on the exhibit suitability. I haven't tested the affect on animal happiness though. To top that I made all shelters placeable in water.
