Description: The Indian Rhinoceros lives in the savannas and bank woods of Northern India and Nepal. Because of its horn the Indian Rhinoceros was strongly hunted. Today it survives only in a few protected areas and is threatened from eradication.
The Indian Rhinoceros will be a great addition to your India area. Enjoy it. These animals will add interest to any zoo. The Indian Rhinoceros works also with the German game version.

Indian Rhinoceros
With four meters of length and up to two tons of weight the Indian rhinoceros
is the second biggest species in its family (after the white rhinoceros).
Although it looks slow with its armour plating, it can reach speeds from up to
45 km/h. Differently to both African species the Indian rhinoceros carries
only one horn. This is made of ceratin, the same material our hair is made of.
