Description: Snow Seals were found in lake Madison one winter in South Dakota. That is where they mostly appear. Some have been spotted in Lake Erie. These seals enjoy tundra and fresh water. In the summer these seals hibernate at the bottom of the lake. Only skilled animal catchers can catch these slippery little creatures! They are very, very fast. Even when they "walk" their speed is maxed out. They will be a nice addition to any zoo, and the guests will love them. These animals provide interest to any zoo.
