Drill

Drills inhabit a more northern range than their cousin, the mandrill. Found in
the lowland rain forest of Nigeria, Cameroon, and Bioko Island, drills are
slightly smaller and less colorful than the mandrill. The Drill spends most of
its time foraging on the ground, feeding on fruits, roots, grubs, termites,
frogs and other small animals. They sleep in the lower branches of trees with
dense foliage and plenty of liana vines to provide security from predators,
especially leopards. Drills live in groups of  7 to 20 animals, but may
assemble in groups of as many as 180 animals.
