Description: Emus are one of the big birds of Australia. Of genre Dromiceios, emus live in savannahs Northwest Australia, and eat fruits, shrubs and grass. The order is Casuariformes, like the cassowary, a related animal. Emus are black and big, with the appearance of an ostrich, but has three toes. It is a fast runner, and hides in vegetation. Australia have a smallest number of large predators for emus, Predators are dingo and aborigines. Babies are small and are colored differently from the adults. It is bight yellow with black stripes along the body. Emus and others ratte birds, like the rhea, ostrich, kiwi and ostrich are related to the extinct moa (New Zealand) and elephant birds (Madagascar).

Emu

lot of babies by one reproduction. Emu's and other ratte birds, like the rhea,
kiwi and ostrich are related with the extinct moas(New Zeland) and elephant
birds(Madagascar).
