Combining Dll's

I am confused about the dll's. I recently reinstalled my ZTCC to start with a basic game, after saving all my files. When reinstalling ZTCC, I was confused about which ones in the original ZTCC to keep and which ones I can pitch because someone combined some dll's over the years. As I recall, I deleted the lang0-lang200.dll and kept the lang300.dll. Then I had my downloaded ones like LANG--Phoenix,lang--TKZTUFcombin, andLANG--ZTCDD. With all the listings for dll's, do I have all the one's I would need for just about everything? Set me on the right track please!
