It has an apartment on top for the keeper.  

This barn is configured to allow any animal that wants a shelter to use it, but it was made with reindeer in mind. It has an entrance in both the front and back. It has a capacity for 12 animals. It uses the same messages as other user created barn shelters. Because of this, if there are more than 1 user created barn shelter in the purchase menu, ZT might move the selection highlight from one to another in the purchase menu at the end of some game months or if the purchase menu is rotated. That does not hurt anything, although it can be confusing to see. If it happens, just click the barn in the purchase menu again. The messages are in LANG--ZTCDD.dll, LANG--fern-Tek.dll, lang--TKZTUFcombin.dll, and langZA03.dll. You may use any or all of these at the same time without any problems.
