Mokele-mbembe

Mokele-mbembe, a name that means "One who stops the flow of rivers", is a
legendary animal from the Likouala swamp region of the Central African
Republic.  It  is usually described as having a small head on a long neck, a
long, tail, rounded feet with three claws on each foot, and to be intermediate
in size between an elephant and a hippopatamus  The skin is hairless and
reddish brown in color.
