Kemp's Ridley Turtle

The Kemp's Ridley Turtle is the most seriously endangered sea turtle and among
the most highly endangered species of the world.  They are named for Richard
M. Kemp, a fisherman interested in natural history who submitted the type
specimen from Florida, and the ridley comes from the fact that so little is
known about these animals.
