Steppe Wolf

The Steppe Wolf is a relatively small wolf inhabiting the deserts and steppes
of Central Asia. It has a short coarse coat that is dull gray with a tint of
ochre. Its scientific name is Canis lupus campestris.  It lives in packs
scattered across the plains and forests of central Asia from Georgia in the
west, through Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan to Mongolia.
