Missing tool tips

I have reloaded my dlupdate folder and have put DG Items together in one combined ztd. That includes scenery, buidlings, paths, foliage and one of Dr.R's animals, Toto. I noticed that some of the too tips are not showing up when they did on my last dlupdate folder. Some of these are recent downloads of Dr.R's scenery items. Also the tool tips aren't showing up for some things from ZKL. I believe that neopots, and country quilt. Things like that. Am I missing a dll to support these objects/scenery. I didn't download and incude old dll's with some things because I thought I they had all been included in your updated dlls;s
Any suggestions/help is appreciated.

You do need the other dlls. There is a list of the ones you should have in  List of ".dll" files with unique messages

As fern indicated, it does sound like you are missing various combined ".dll" files in your ZT main folder from different sites. The link she gave will show the various user ".dll" files that are recommended to have in your ZT main folder. As for specific ones, the messages for the Neopet Stand at ZKL are in LANG--ZKL.dll and the messages for the Country Quilt Shop at DG are in LANG--ZTCDD.dll. If it weren't for you all, I'd be lost in space. Ok, I copied all my dll's to my new zoo tycoon folder, but I forgot they were still in zip form. 
There's your laugh at my expense for today!!!    I'm so drifty.
