The Golf Simulator building is not in the Benefactors section of ZTU anymore. Can you please check on this?

I noticed that the other day and haven't decided how to handle it because it is a bene file. I could upload it to the bene area for now I guess. But I do wonder what happened to it.

Can the Felsen Pack 1 located at ABC have the purchase text changed to English?

Probably not since the site is German. You could pm Catman from here. He is a member and he owns ABC.
On the other hand, it is a good way to learn a few basic words in another language.
