Description : The MM animated foliage now goes on land, is water placeable and is still tankable. However this lot is decorative. So while it is exhibit placeable it does not go towards suitability.
While there is a hack out there that does this, one reason I did it this way is that I like using the ingame foliage "dead on land" and that is no longer available with the hack in. Also a lot of people do not like hacks.

These do NOT overwrite the ingame files.
