Well, those members at the Guild's sponsored zoo have been a little busy over time.

There was a project at that zoo to paint a large mural of a rainbow. In preparation, there was a variety of paint cans  near work tents. Jay, in his typical, absentminded, clumsy self, stumbled and started a chain reaction of one can toppling over after another, splattering the paint over everything. The designers, in their typical creative selves, saw this as the perfect opportunity to brighten the zoo in an assortment of colors. Fern recoloured the South-east Asian observation areas in various colours. Then she decided the shelters all needed a spruce up so she painted them - blue, brown, green, purple.
Then she got to work on foliage - blue, Pink and red, brown.
Someone gave Rick a paintbrush and set him loose on some observation areas. When he wasn't being crabby , he was busy creating mountains, while Fern, instead of creating molehills, created some termite mounds instead. Then Rick went travelling....... He went to Thailand and bought back some islands to play with. He also stopped in at Cambodia where he picked up a bathroom, some shelters , and a bit of scenery and some columns.  The rest of the packing there was being held up, so it requires someone to return later. Then on to Egypt....... But the sorting and packing had not been finished, so he or one of us will call back later. Then we sent him over to Australia to collect an exhibit building of Toodlepops. From there to South Africa to collect another of Toodlepops exhibit buildings.
Fern was also busy. Much of that time was spent playing with matches and liquid nitrogen. First she set fire to the foliage. While that was burning, she noticed the fire colour reflecting on some shelters. Since the fire was getting out of hand with fiery rocks threatening things, she let loose with the liquid nitrogen to cool things off. This resulted in frozen foliage and icy rocks. JohnT allowed one of his rock collections to get too close to fern's fires, resulting in a set of lava rocks. Some of his critters escaped resulting in barbequed horse. The other animals caught up in the mayhem are still in recovery and will be released at a later date.

And finally, some people just like things in black and white.

Well, it seems the boiled jellies along with the barbequed and frozen llama have recovered enough to allow adoption. Please note that the ordeal has left the two llama species with completely different habitat requirements.
JohnT went walkabouts again and came back with some pink wolves. He reckons they were so shy they blushed when he first laid eyes on them.
Fern went rock hounding and found some rocks suitable for green caves shelters and weathered cave shelters, along with a few rocks to scatter around the zoo. She also gathered some greenery along the way.

Well JohnT has been globetrotting again and came back from Cambodia with the Siamese Crocodile, Asian Golden Cat, Bengal Tigers, Hawksbill Turtle, Sambar Deer. After that he went fishing and came back with an Atlantic Blue Marlin. Then he collected a rare White Gorilla. It took a while, but he managed to locate a rare White Jaguar that pukkie had requested. He also managed to locate the Algerian Dromedary Camel and the Pyrenean Chamois Goat Antelope for our zoos.

Hi folks

Well John wandered off exploring for new animals and found the Blue Wildebeest before he accidentally fell in a worm hole and was transported back in time. So he made the best use of that time by finding and bringing back some of these long extinct critters -  the rainforest adapted T-Rex, the Variraptor, the MultiColor Plateosaurus and the Buitreraptor. Fern, meanwhile, has been busy with a paint pot and brush sprucing up the dinosaur window and concrete fences. She wanted lots of colour choices - blues, reds and pinks, oranges, yellows, greens, browns, purples, black, whites and weathered. She also dyed some tents for scenery. She was exploring the zoo when she found an escaped Halloween Jack-O'-Lantern in a grove of trees and it had become a darker variation of the others.

Hi Folks

Well Christmas arrived a little late this year, but we have provided some late decorations in the form of Christmas Trees, Snow Globes and some very cute Blimps all created by Dr. Rick.

We also released a couple of yellowrose's old files, one of which is updated.
